Serving Size and Use Instructions:
Half dropper (0.5ml) per serving, which equates to 100mg CBD per serving, 50mg CBG per serving and 25mg CBN per serving for approximately 60 servings per bottle.
Simply place half ml (0.5ml) under tongue 30 minutes before bedtime and let sit for 60 seconds before swallowing. Take half ml (0.5ml) every evening, 30 minutes before bedtime to help sleep.

MCT Oil, Hemp Extract of CBD, CBG and CBN.
This product contains a total delta-9-THC concentration that does not exceed 0.3% on a dry-weight basis.
